If you’re an account member, go to Meeting Settings, but if you’re an account administrator, head to My Meeting Settings. It’s important to note that you need to logout of the Zoom Desktop Client and log in to it again for the Virtual Background to work. Once your effect is turned on, you’ll be able to join in on all the background fun. It’s very frustrating to use Zoom and not be able to use the virtual background feature, because the SurfacePro4 is missing something, or is outdated somehow. I have tried to get help from Zoom today – but no help is provided, we get only references to technical instructions but nothing special related to the Surface laptop.
