Since this time, I’ve encountered the same limit as others. We have not made any changes to the account that should have caused this. I think zoom is “correcting” things. Concurrent means the same user hosting more than one meeting at the same time. Every user on your account can host their own meeting at the same time, but none of them can have two or more active meetings assigned to the same user at the same time unless they have the add-on license for concurrent meetings.

Tagging this as a priority since it’s going to be pretty annoying for anyone trying to use this at significant scale. One thing I recently learned is that what API keys you have access to may depend on the tier of Zoom that you purchased. There is a tier that allows a single API key to work, but it is very expensive, and I think it’s safe to assume most Zulip users are not on that tier.

I can’t find anywhere where it says specifically that using Oauth allows for multiple meetings at once, but I think that since different users would be starting the meetings they would therefore have different “hosts” and could occur at the same time. I should have some time to try to implement this in the next few days. We currently integrate with Google hangouts, and recently customers have been asking for us to add a Zoom integration as well.

Then whenever someone wants to start a meeting, we can use their API key to create the meeting. This is a bit of a hassle, since for a large organization, it requires the customer to explain to potentially s of users how to find and upload their API key. The way we’d like it to work is that the admin enters in a single API key, that would allow us to create as many meetings as needed. Is this possible?

I tried looking through the API documentation, but couldn’t quite figure it out. What I would recommend is building as an App to go on the Zoom app store. This makes it easiest to install as you can set it up as an Account app or a User app and lets people bypass having to input API keys and such. Could you please say if there is a plan for solving this issue?

This is true regardless of who starts the cloud recording in the meeting. For example, if a co-host starts the cloud recording, the recording will only be made available to the meeting owner. The co-host will not receive the cloud recording. Similarly, if the alternative host starts the recording, the meeting owner will receive the recording after the fact.
