I create and start the meeting using my account jwt app key and secret and it works fine but when I try to create multiple meetings at the same time under my account I get an error saying that ‘already has other meetings in progress’.

Only users on a Business account can Host two meetings at the same time. Business accounts generally have ten or more Paid licensed user accounts. Any one user on that account, or even all then, could Host up to two Meetings at once. But you need ten users to make that even possible. On a Pro account, for smaller user numbers, up to ten, you can have multiple licensed sub-users in the same account.

Each user needs a Pro subscription. Each user can only Host one meeting, but you could have two users and each could Host one meetings. Each “user” would need a unique email address though – so the two meetings would not originate from the same email address. Bear in mind that the meeting ID expires after one year. You can use both Google Calendar and Outlook for scheduling recurring meetings. This can be done from either your phone or laptop. Google Calendar is the most popular tool among Zoom users.

You can also schedule the meeting for every workday, every Wednesday, or even every first Thursday in the month. Outlook users have three parameters. You can choose the frequency of the meetings monthly, weekly, etc.

Concurrent means the same user hosting more than one meeting at the same time. Every user on your account can host their own meeting at the same time, but none of them can have two or more active meetings assigned to the same user at the same time unless they have the add-on license for concurrent meetings.

Our admin staff schedule a lot of meetings for groups and on behalf of execs and are running into the 2 meeting limitation. Does anyone have any guidelines for joining 2 Zoom meetings? Like turning off a camera if you need to come off mute and speak in the other meeting? I’ve seen some folk be able to show their camera feed and microphone to more than one meeting.
