The Advanced Options can be expanded by clicking. If the meeting password cannot be entered, enter the passcode using the Require meeting password option. The Save button will appear at the bottom of the window.

Click Edit this Meeting at the bottom of the page. Make sure you check the option to create a meeting password. Use the password of your choice that will automatically generate or come up with a numeric password of 6 digits. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click to save. To edit this meeting, click on the Edit this Meeting button at the bottom of the page. From now on, members of a meeting will not need a password to enter.

Save your changes by clicking the blue Save button. Open a new meeting page from your left hand menu, then select where you would like to assign a password. Click Edit meeting at the bottom of that page.

Make sure that Require meeting password is filled out correctly. Make your own 6-digit, numerical password with the automatically generated password. Using Zoom bookmarks will allow you to avoid searching for meeting links automatically. Save your one-off meetings and recurring meetings in one place.
