Found my company information on their web site but there was a CEO whom I have never heard of listed to my company. Looks like a site for people or wanabes to try an puff themselves out. Tried to contact this web site, they sent a link for support that dose not work. A human did answer the phone and send a link that also does not work. I am a small business owner and was engaged by a sales person from Zoominfo, she appears sincere and nice and understand what I needed, she pitched the system and then negotiated a contract that appeared to later when I found out was not what I wanted and it was expensive.

As I was passed on by another colleague, he was really rude and did not listen to what I wanted but let me signed another contract which was more expensive. Then they scheduled an IT person who was rude and only gave me 15 minutes waiting time I was late but he could have waited to consult me as there was a time difference , he never followed up. After 6months, the asked their Lawyers to threatened me to pay for the 2 years contract.

These people remove your listing than put it back up three months later. And you have to have access to your old email address at work to ask to have it removed Thel also defraud their clients by willingly selling outdated or incorrect information and claiming it is new. The guy called me from a spoofed number that matched my cell’s area code. Not a ZoomInfo corporate number mind you, a spoofed number close to my cell.

They do not discuss that you cannot cancel the program if you are not satisfied and they do not tell you about needing 60 days’ notice if you are not going to renew. If you miss the 60 day window, they auto-renew you and you cannot get out of it. Through my attorney, we made a reasonable offer to settle since I’ve already paid a quarter of the contract and I haven’t used my credits 7 months, but they rejected it.

We canceled and they will not accept our notice.

Now they are threatening legal action based on an auto-renew clause not stated very clearly in their contract. I did not know companies like this still existed no ethics and no integrity. The data has been a game changer for our sales team. Customer support is responsive and have good training and educational resources. We continue to receive many phone calls for a different company. I signed up and paid for 3 months upfront. During those 3 months I had questions but was not able to find help.

I addressed my concern during life zoom support and they promised to find me answers but never did UNTIL after month 3 when they emailed me for my second quarter of payments.

Despite the FACT that they failed to deliver what was agreed upon in writing, they never attempted to right their wrong. They deny my cancellation and send me to collections even though they failed to offer techical support and are merely a scam. Don’t sign up for zoom as you will regret it.
